Non-Domestic or Commercial EPCs

The EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) came into force in 2009. An Energy Performance Certificate must be provided for all commercial property on the market. The landlord or seller must provide the Energy Performance Certificate free to all potential buyers or tenants.

Local Trading Standards can fine the property owner between £500 and £5,000. EPCs are legally required before every commercial transaction can be completed. To avoid a fine or a delay, please contact us.
